I have three recent issues come up in ArcGIS Pro that I think are related.
First, when I try to export features and go to open up the new feature class, some and occasionally all fields show null values when they were not originally null. At first I was able to just recalculate the fields and export a new feature class with no issues. Tedious, but it worked.
Then when I tried to export a feature for a different set of data in the same project, I tried to do a similar work around, I got an Error 999999.
Third, when I tried using the Cluster and Outlier tool (Anselin Local Moran's I), I get an error that doesn't show an error code. I know the data is good because I ran the tool on the same set of data earlier in the day. I'm thinking that the tool can't run since it thinks all of the values in the field are null even though I see that there are actual values there.
