May I get assistance with this...
I am trying to package a mobile map, and I am getting only get one warning, that my network is not dissolved. When I ignore the warning and package the map, it opens up in Navigator, but the network doesn't show once the map is opened. I end up routing "on air."
And so, I tried to use the Dissolve Network tool but that is falling over at 'Dissolving feature chains', returning a '030083' error.
I've tried:
1. Changing the Dissolve Network tool's environmental variables so that 'M Values' and 'Z Values' were set to 'Disabled'
2. Assigning a Z Coordinate System for the Feature Dataset that contained my road network layer
The tool is still failing to run successfully. My feature passes the geometry checks, the created network dataset also builds without any build errors.
I am not sure what the problem is at this point.
