Naming Feature Selection Iterations in Model Builder

Hi, I am trying to use model builder to convert features in a feature class to gpx files, resulting in a separate gpx file for each feature and naming each gpx using values in the original data.

The model works for the first feature in the feature class but then fails. Is there something obvious I am doing wrong here?
