When I share my ArcPro screen during a Teams call, the other members on the call only see a black screen. This does not happen in Zoom calls. Any suggestions?
It's probably related to the graphics driver. Very annoying and I don't have an answer, just a workaround - sharing the screen that Pro is on instead of the Pro window itself works for me in Teams.
Yes, I understand if I share the entire screen, it works, but I have a very large screen (49"), and if I do that what others on Teams see is very small. That is not a solution for me. Neither is changing my screen resolution before a Teams meeting.
ESRI and Microsoft need to get together to fix this in my humble opinion.
NVIDIA discrete graphics card? Again not a proper solution, just a possible workaround - try temporarily switching Pro (in Windows graphics settings) to use the integrated graphics (if you're using an Intel or AMD CPU with iGPU).
