Multiple fields from multiple layers in ArcGIS Pro reports

Hello,
I am looking to create an ArcGIS Pro report to show attribute field information for several items across several layers within the same map frame, ideally automatically as I would need to create a few reports a day.

When inserting a new report (non-custom) on the second page it asks to select the Data Source and I can only select one layer so the default template doesn't seem suitable. I can't find a way to do it with custom templates either.

As an example, I'm looking to create something similar to what's below; the layers would be Roads, Rivers and Paths, and the fields are separated by ' | '.

Roads
Street | Number | Floor

Rivers
Name | Distance | Max. Width

Paths
Length | Surface material |

Is there a way to do this via ArcGIS Pro, Portal or Online services?

Thank you.
