Hello,

After updating my ArcGIS Pro to version 3.5.1 last week, sometimes my ArcGIS Pro projects do not display layers and labels at all, and the "REFRESH" button is not rotating, and I also checked visibility options(scale....) and everything looks fine. Some layers are saved locally on drive C:, while others are from an Oracle platform or a SQL Server platform.

I followed the steps in the link and cleared my cache and restarted my PC , but I still experience the issue. The same layers display properly in a newly created ArcGIS Pro project with no problems.

Problem: Layers and Labels Do Not Display in an ArcGIS pro Project

any tips for my future projects? Is it a general ESRI bug or I do something wrong? This issue started after updating to ArcGIS Pro 3.5.1.

Two things to try - 3.5.2 was released 6/24/25.  You could update to the newest version and retest your workflow.  Do the layers and labels reappear?  Another test is to go to the Windows Control Panel, under Programs, click Uninstall a program.  Top left of the Uninstall or change a program, click View installed and uninstall ArcGIS Pro 3.5 Patch 1 (3.5.1) and then retest work your workflow.  Do the layers and labels reappear?

Thanks Robert, no it doesn't show anything (no layer, no label). For updating to ArcGIS Pro 3.5.2 I need to talk with our IT department. I guess our organization also have some limitations for using new versions of ArcGIS Pro because it may not match with our database versions (I'm not sure about the SQL and Oracle database issue).

I'm also running ArcGIS Pro 3.5.2 and seeing this issue. We've got our data on geodatabases on a network drive, but this hasn't happened before in the older versions of ArcGIS Pro.  In my case, I'll open a layout file in a project I'm working in and there will be entire layers that just don't render. They don't show as having a broken source and refreshing the layout doesn't load them in. But I'll save the project, close it, and then reopen it and all the layers will magically render.  I've tried to search for a reported bug for this, but I don't know what kind of language someone might have used to describe it.
