Lag in Copy and Pasting Text Elements in Layout Mode

Hello, 

When in layout mode and trying to copy and paste text/image elements in ArcGIS Pro 3.4, at certain times it is able to paste the element right away, but at other times it lags for a bit? Does anyone else also run into this problem? Closing out of Pro is my usual workaround.

Yep!  I am having the same issue after updating to 3.5.1.  I am going to submit a bug report.
