Hello all,
I’m sorry to bother you on a Friday afternoon, but I have been trying to upload the topobathy data from living atlas to a map I am making for school (since I woke up this morning and the original link had broken), and am getting the following error message:
“Failed to add data: https://elevation.arcgis.com/arcgis/services/WorldElevation/Topobathy/ImageServer Service Unavailable (Status Code 503).”
I still pretty new to ArcGIS, but in the two years I've been using it, this is a first. I recently updated my windows to 11 V 22H2 and I am using ArcGIS pro 3.0.2 -- perhaps there is some connection there?
