Issue with my ArcGIS Pro license – Credit exhausted and access to map backgrounds

I am currently experiencing an issue with my ArcGIS Pro license. Despite having an active subscription and recently paying for another subscription, I am unable to access the map backgrounds embedded in the software. Upon checking my account, it states that my credit is exhausted.
This issue persists despite my efforts to resolve it, and I would greatly appreciate your assistance in addressing this matter. Could you please guide me through the necessary steps to restore access and verify my subscription so I can fully utilize the software?

ArcGIS Pro does not consume ArcGIS Online credits for basemaps ->Solved: Does ArcGIS Pro consume AGO service credits? - Esri Community.

I assume you are already logged in to ArcGIS Online, which is required to use Basemaps.
(In some cases it is possible that access to ArcGIS Online is blocked in the firewall, try accessing ArcGIS Online from your browser.)

Best open a case in My Esri, there is not so much we can do here to help.
