Is there anyway to choose the location of the default folder estructure that ArcPro creates?

The current default actions of folder creation by ArcPro are drastically altering our folder structure.

Is there anyway to choose the location of the default folder estructure that ArcPro creates? So ArcPro doesn't create those folders in such relevan locations, instead they all could go into a "ScratchWorkspace" folder.

That is exactly what I am refering to but for the following folders: ".backups", "Index", "RasterFunctionTemplates" and the "GpMessages" folder.

I have the same problem. Actually we changed our projects location, but this ''gpmessages'' keep returning a excluded folder to our database. 

Any help?
