Hi, I recently found and followed along with the following tutorial describing how to create and deploy a custom dictionary:

Unfortunately, after following the steps, I was unable to use the custom dictionary in my project. I was able to create the style and modify it, but when I attempted to add the custom dictionary in the layer's symbology, it returned an error stating that "the requested action could not be completed".
Interestingly it's not only my style that created the error. Following the link in the article to the MIL-STD-2525C style, I downloaded a copy and attempted to use this untouched copy in my project, only to receive the same error.
Does anyone know if it is possible to add a custom dictionary in ArcGIS Pro? Am I missing some required software?
Any help is greatly appreciated!
