invert y-axis of graph

I'm trying to create a line graph of 2 different readings for alignment sheets where the y-axis is inverted (industry standard).  Is there a way to do this?  While it was simple in regular ArcGIS, I can't limit the graph to just what is shown in the map frame like you can in Pro so won't work.
