In WorkFlow pane details are not showing while executing "Open Pro Project Items" step

Hi,

We are using Arc GIS Pro 2.9.5 version.

Created a workflow template with the "Extended Properties" tables and field officers create a job with the updated details.

In the workflow pane, we are able to see "job details" as shown below.

Requirement is "Data Editors" need to update the data which are submitted by the field officers.

When "Open Pro Project Items" step is executing unable to see "job details" in WorkFlow pane.

Any suggestions please.
