How to sync/update AGOL Portal maps on ArcGIS Pro?

The label customization options within ArcGIS Online (AGOL) are insufficient for my needs. Therefore, I've used ArcGIS Pro to update the label properties of my web map. While the changes are reflected in Pro, I'm encountering difficulty synchronizing them with the AGOL portal. I'm looking for methods to effectively publish or save my ArcGIS Pro map changes to AGOL.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
