Good question, Josh.  We do have reporting capabilities now that show us number of users who are publicly subscribed through clicking the Subscribe button on support.esri.com.  We're working to better integrate that data, but ultimately to answer your question, yes, we're always trying to get as holistic of a view as possible on number of users affected by an issue to help development teams prioritize work.

I hope this helps.

I know this is a bit late, but after looking for the answer myself, I found this post and an idea suggestion if anyone wants to vote for this useful feature:

if you would vote also for this one: https://community.esri.com/ideas/17270 that is quite the same issue of margins in arcgis pro

AGP still does not show margins in 2.5.0. @KoryKramer: is this still being reported as a bug?

Hi Jake,

This is something we hope to get to for the 2.6 release.

Does that mean https://community.esri.com/ideas/13398 will also be in 2.6? It would seem pretty silly to fix one bug and not the other closely related one.

Yes it would.  We hope to get to both.

three years later and you still can't figure this out? Good lord, how is that possible...this is one of the standard tools that has been in ArcGIS from the beginning.

James,

First, thank you for your passionate feedback. Though it might not feel like it at times, we DO understand your frustration and ARE listening.  We try to organize our work based on many priorities and at times, conflicting priorities. Unfortunately, we can't do everything for everyone all at once. And at times, we may have gotten the priorities wrong. That is why we have forums such as this, so we can readjust our priorities based on feedback from people such as yourself.

In the soon to be released ArcGIS Pro 2.6, there is an option "Include margins from printer" that adds printer margins to the layout!
