I need to create a web app in ArcGIS Online that contains several drone flight images and contours.

I am concerned that the files will be too big.

I am looking for advice on how to make the files smaller when I publish them from ArcPro to ArcGIS Online.

I would also like them to be able to sync for offline use in Field Maps.

Thank you for any advice.

Imagery is usually big in size. If you are worried about credit consumption I can tell that Imagery does not consume that much credits if you publish them as a tile layers. The contours can also be published as tiles, preferably vector tiles, then the size is smaller than for normal feature layers. Hosted tile layers (both raster and vector) can be taken offline.
