Hi All,

I created a fishnet of 0.01 degree grid using ArcGISPro over my interested area and then I overlaid the grid file on the Land Use raster of the area. Using the “Tabulate Area” tool, I extracted land use attributes associated with each grid cell into the tabulate area table. I was wondering how to get the latitude and longitude of the grid label centroid to the same table. Can anybody help me, please?

The Feature To Point tool, when polygons are input, should give you the centroid of each grid cell.  For the "Inside" parameter, set to true (checked) -- this is probably not necessary since the polygons are squares (or rectangles), but just to be really sure, check it on.
