How to generate point cloud

When I run Generate Point Cloud I get this error, ERROR 001935: The input mosaic dataset does not contain a stereo model.
Failed to execute (Generate Point Cloud). However, I am running Build Stereo Model right before I run Generate Point Cloud. So how do I fix this?
