I have a demographic layer that includes the median income for each tracts. I have attempted to extract the median income using the summarize within tool and the tabulate intersection tool in ArcGIS Pro to get mean median income and median income within a polygon. Each values generated after running each tool is different. Also both values are very far from the median income values for the tracts covered by the polygon.
Please can anyone help, as I would like to get a value close to those in the tracts.
