How to convert a PRO Single Use license to Concurrent on My-Esri?

I did this last year and happened to have kept the summary email from my ESRI tech. Here is what they sent me, so hopefully this will help!:

  • I understood you wanted to convert simultaneously your named user ArcGIS Pro licenses for Basic, Standard, and Advanced levels.
  • Even though this was not possible, we converted your named user licenses to concurrent use licenses one by one.

  • After this, we opened your License Server Administrator and we authorized your ArcGIS Pro licenses
  • However, accidentally we converted ArcGIS Pro named user licenses to single-use. Therefore, we sent the request in order to convert them again to named users.

Just for your records, I'm sharing some useful articles that could work for similar issues in the future:

Happy mapping,

Thanks Zach. However we want to convert Single Use licenses to Concurrent directly. Not named users. Not sure this is possible. Anyone knows how to do this without going thru esri support?
