Without seeing the data I can only guess the original feature layer did not have the popups configured or there were no fields in the original data. If you need to configure the popups and add more fields you can do so with details in this help topic https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/3.1/help/mapping/navigation/configure-pop-ups.htm
If you still don't see fields listed then I would go back to the source feature layer to check what is available.
