Is there a way to add multiple leader lines to a single callout?

I am trying to show only one callout pointing to a road with multiple spurs. In ArcMap I have overlaid another callout to create this effect, but it would look nicer if this was an actual option in Pro.

There is an idea on ArcGIS Ideas that requests this functionality.  It is not currently possible in ArcGIS Pro, so would be good to add your vote and use case in the comments.

I copy the text for however many leader lines I need. Then I move the individual leaders to point to where I need them to be. Not great -- but works.
