Hi! im trying to activate my subscription, but when i press the activation button/link i land on a page which gives me an error (1000) code. Any solutions?

However... i followed all the steps, but nothing changed. Keeps giving me the "internal error occurred - 1000"
I would contact Tech Support since that error message is one not listed on their public support site.
