I'm trying to export some country-wide (US) data/boundaries to CAD and I'm having trouble getting them to an accurate scale. I'm using the latest version ArcGIS Pro, and the scene is using the WGS 1984 Web Mercator projection. I'm using the Export to CAD tool.
Using the measurement tool in ArcGIS results in the correct measurement. I'm guessing part of the issues is the projection and measuring from Geodesic vs planar? Is there any way to get a more accurate export to CAD? Worst case I can scale individual features roughly, but it would be a little nicer if I could get a good export to start with.
