Graticule interval set to 1' but one label displaying X.01'

Why ESRI? Why?! This is driving me crazy.

Graticule interval is set to 1' and ShowZeroSeconds = False in dynamic text.  All graticule labels are correct except one longitude value which displays xyz° xyz.01'. Tried changing map scale by very small increments, doesn't help. ArcGIS Pro 2.9.3 (3.0 not an option for our org at the moment).

Hi Mark,

This issue sounds very similar to known issue - BUG-000142703 Grid graticules in ArcGIS Pro layouts show incorrect labels at specific intervals.

Have you tried changing the number of decimal places to 0 instead of 2? That might fix it.
