Hello, I am using ArcGIS Pro 3.0.3 and I am cannot get my text bubbles in a graphics layer to resize and become readable as I zoom in and out. I know it is possible and could copy and paste from other files, but I would like to know how to set it up myself.
The text symbol callout is composite and made to look like a bubble with an arrow pointing to features in the map. I want it o stick to a chosen size when I zoom in and out. Reference scale is not what I am looking for because it does not do what I am asking. Again, I would just like to go from 1:2,000 to 1:10,000 and still be able to read what is in the text that I inserted into the graphics layer. How do I format the graphic to do that?
