Get map/layer units using .net sdk in ArcGIS Pro

Hi! Can you please help understand me, what I can get map or layer units using .net sdk? I know about spetial reference but I need get units which showing on Map Properties of 3D map in General categories.Or alternatively I would like, get Elevation units from Layer Properties which placed in Elevation category. I will be very grateful for any help! Thank you!
