Essentially government and industry forward First Nations 'referrals' for proposed development, usually based on resource extraction. We would like a online referral portal which proponents could log on to and submit their referrals, including spatial data, documents and other supporting information. This portal would act as a file management, time management and project management platform where historic developments could be utilized to track potential cumulative effects, ecosystem impacts and any other relevant land based impacts.
