Features disappear when panning and zooming - display bug?

I'm trying to setup an arcgis pro project for water infrastructure and I'm running into some kind of display issue that is making the map unusable for me at this point. The issue is that when I am panning and/or zooming on the map, features will randomly disappear. It happens to points as well as line features though its most noticeable on line features where it will look something like this:

nolines.PNG

here all my water lines are not actually drawing even though the labels are correct.

So I scroll in slightly with the mouse wheel, and the lines pop in:

lines.PNG

I have adjusted the settings on every display option possible, turned all scale range settings off, I updated my video card drivers, and tried having only a single layer in the map when I'm testing- still the problem remains. The only thing that seems to "work" is changing the symbology from unique values to single symbol, but this isn't really a viable solution as I need to be able to symbolize by field values.

Has anyone else encountered this issue and found a solution? Thanks.

OK.  Packaging it puts it into another GDB.

So...sounds like you'll need to call support directly to try and figure out why it's not drawing direct from your GDB.

The layers in this dataset have m/z values. Wondering if this could be the problem? I'll contact support but just wanted to give that bit of info.

I'm using an amd w5000 firepro card. I updated my drivers to the latest one.

Odd

I've seen this type of behavior on ArcGIS Server before while using ArcSDE as source.

You have tried all of these?

Also it's probably having a hard time with those fancy text you got there try simpler ones and see what happens.
