I've made several maps in this project that look completely fine until they are inserted into a template or exported. When inserted into a template, the Census blocks and map outlines "smudge" and lose all of their detail and sharp edges, becoming formless blobs.
I've tried updating ArcGIS Pro, uninstalling and reinstalling the software, creating a new template, and even redoing all the layers, to no avail. I'm not sure how to fix this!
