Hello, the pro license (Named User, ArcGIS Enterprise portal) has been moved offline. Then, when trying to return the license to online mode, we get the following message

Only instead of ArcGIS Online the local portal is used.

I assume your machine is in the same network as the Enterprise Portal and the license manager configured with the portal. Also I assume you're logging into the portal with the same account used to take the Pro NU licenses offline.
There's a few things the may have occurred to prenvent Pro from returning the offline licenses. It's possible the status of the Pro licenses may be out of sync with the Enterprise Portal and/or the accompanying license manager. There is another possibility that portal was configured to point to the license manager using a FQDN where the hostname is inaccessible to the Pro machine. Either way, manual reset might be the only option here. I suggest you contact Esri Technical Support and have an analyst troubleshoot and walk you through the process if indeed a manual reset is necessary.
