Dear All,

I am new here but I hope I can make a clear question.

I am having trouble with Export Web Map function. I am trying to create a template for our organization where users of ArcGIS Online could print web maps into a nice template (pdf, png, etc). For that I use the "Export Web Map" function from ArcGIS Pro (version 2.5.0), together with the "Get Layout Templates Info". I actually follow exactly what this Esri's tutorial shows: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TUHg7rgTRn4

I am able to publish the Geo-processing Service in our standalone server. Almost everything looks good at ArcGIS online when I use the printing service in WebApp Builder, apart from one text box, which does not align the text inserted by users.

In that specific box I would like to have the users writing a description of their maps. And I would like it to be embedded into a text box. But the problem is that the printing service creates the phrase in one line, which even goes off the map box. I have already tried using html <p> and <br/> to break the phrase, but it seems not to work. I am attaching an image to illustrate the output I am referring to.

Has anyone got any clue here?

Best regards,
Felipe
