Edit Vertices causes whole polygon to tilt

As of yesterday, when I try to edit vertices on a polygon, it causes the whole polygon to tilt.  I cannot move just one vertex.

What I've tried:

1. Restart computer

2. Edit a different feature class

3. Create a new map in the existing Pro project and edit the existing feature class

4. Create a new Pro project -- create a new file geodatabase -- create a new feature class

5. Upgrade Pro from version 3.5.3 to 3.5.4.

6. Turn off Spatial Analyst extension

My coworkers do not have the same issue.

@LoriEmersonKDOT  Please check the Edit toolbar and toggle off Stretch Proportional.  It is on the toolbar and in the backstage options if you have turned toolbar visibility off.

Thanks so much @JenniferCadkin .  Once I toggled off the Stretch Proportional, editing vertices worked.
