Hello everyone,

I am using detect object using deep learning model. I have ArcGIS Pro 3.1, Image analysts extension, installation of deep learning libraries installer for ArcGIS pro 3.1, building foot print extract -USA.

When I ran the geoprocessing tool, i received  the following message.

my GPU seems fine.

Did I miss anything? I already installed deep learning frameworks.

is Deep Learning Python API (CNTK, TensorFlow, and so on) installed separate installation?

002667: Cannot load python module.

ArcGIS Pro 3.1|Other versions

Description

This tool requires that the deep learning frameworks are installed.

Solution

Make sure you have the right Deep Learning Python API (CNTK, TensorFlow, and so on) installed. See Install deep learning Frameworks for ArcGIS for more information.

@Kris_AB it does look like the tool cannot find the right deep learning libraries. I know it's an old post but wondering if you have been able get it fix?

A side note: We have an ArcGIS Image Analyst dedicated community and here you might get response sooner.

Cheers!
