I have a DEM and an underlying hillshade in ArcGIS Pro. The DEM draws in map view with some linear/rectangular areas missing, showing the underlying hillshade only, but when I zoom in and pan through these gap areas, they quickly redraw and the DEM displays and functions properly. This is a bit annoying but fine. However, when exporting the layout view of this map, the linear areas are once again missing from the DEM in the exported image (pdf, tiff, png, jpg), with with underlying hillshade showing... I am not sure why this would occur, since the DEM data are clearly there and functioning in the map view.
quite frustrating... any suggestions?
