Create Cloud Storage Connection File for Amazon S3 Bucket

I am trying to create a connection to an existing Amazon S3 bucket.  For some reason, I can't enter the "Bucket (Container) Name" into the field.  I keep getting this obnoxious empty dropdown and I am not able to simply type the name of the bucket.  

Any ideas where I'm going wrong?  

Using ArcGIS Pro 2.9.3
