Hi all, I can see all available fields in my open feature class (working in a traditional version enterprise environment). However, my coworker(has admin privileges) is not able to see the same fields from the same feature class as me; some of the fields are missing and are not hidden. I am wondering what the issue is.

Running Enterprise 10.1

thanks GJ

are they accessing the fields from an open table for the layer?

Have they looked at Fields View since there are various options only available from there for a layer's table.  See towards the bottom of this link

Use the fields view—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation

He gets a message that states "the layer compromises a subset of features. To access all features in the source data, clear the exclusion set from the Selection tab." But he has nothing selected; this appears as soon as it loads it to the map frame. but I do not see that message when I initially load it as well. weird.

not sure, but does the layer have a selection set on it?

Barring fishing around for a potential issue, you might want to contact tech support if nothing in the help topic exposes any possibilities

How is he adding the feature class to a Map View in ArcGIS Pro?  Is he using a *.lyrx file or directly from the Catalog Pane?

The reason I ask is because there was an ArcMap BUG-000146688 - "Adding a lyr file to a map or importing a mxd generates a warning in the layer properties; "This layer comprise a subset of features. To access all features in the source data, clear the exclusion set from the Selection tab."  The solution was - "Go to the Selection tab and check the option to clear the list of excluded features or save the layer as lyrX to update the lyr file"

The latest version this BUG was reproduced was in 2.9.1
