I get this error on my work computer using an Enterprise Login to ArcGIS Online to authorize ArcGIS Pro 3.3. I had been working just fine earlier today.    I did see the upper right where it said the connection to ArcGIS Pro was timing out.  When I use ArcGIS Pro 3.3 at home with the same credentials there is no issue.     ToddFagin  mentioned in a similar post https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-pro-questions/arcgis-pro-3-3-couldn-t-sign-you-in/m-p/1477782#M...  that it worked for him to downgrade to 3.2.x.   I uninstalled 3.3 and then reinstalled.    I will see if other non 3.3 users have this issue, but any thoughts on what the issue is would be appreciated.    Thank you, Mele

I ended up working with Esri Support to resolve this.   There was registry key which needed to be removed.   It may have become corrupt

If you uninstall, make sure the uninstall deleted everything in here:
C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Pro
c:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\INetCache\ArcGISUpdate\ArcGISPro\ArcGISUpdate.exe

RegEdit Delete everything in:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ESRI\ArcGISPro
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\RADAR\HeapLeakDetection\DiagnosedApplications\  (esri related only)
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\bam\State\UserSettings\  (esri related only)
HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-4090609309-3682410107-983408365-500\Software\Classes\Local Settings\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Shell\MuiCache  (esri related only)
HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-4090609309-3682410107-983408365-500\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\FileExts\.aprx

most importantly delete here:
HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-4090609309-3682410107-983408365-500\Software\ESRI\ArcGIS Online For Pro\

I did work with support and as noted this key was most important to getting my log in working again "ESRI\ArcGIS Online For Pro\ "      If others run into this issue take note of this registry key.   We ended up renaming it and then when ArcGIS Pro restarted, the key was recreated.
