Conversion from Raster to Polygon

How to convert raster to polygon if the raster has decimals and I am unable to use the "raster calculator" because it is not licensed? Thank you!! I need to be able to click on different parts of the polygon and see the different raster values, which I will then need to intersect with another feature layer...

Hi

Have you tried the "Raster to Polygon" tool in the Conversion toolbox (Data Management)? It is available in the Basic licence.

Yes, unfortunately I can't do that because my raster values have decimals and the "Raster to Polygon" only accepts integers...

What about RasterToPoint and then join these points to a given polygon feature class or ...
