Color Legend not showing for my Tile Layer in AGOL Map Viewer

Hello,

I have been trying to change the transparency of a raster layer I converted to a tile layer, but I noticed I can't seem to do it on AGOL Map Viewer. 

So, I tried changing the transparency of the raster layer in ArcGIS Pro but when I upload it to AGOL my legend no longer shows the layer's colors.

I am just trying to increase the transparency of the layer.

Has anyone experienced this before?
