I have lod2 citygml file that I need to convert to .slpk. I am aware of the readily available tools based on FME. However, the converted file is missing statistics and is flickering.
I know this can be fixed if the conversion is done with ArcGIS Python API. Since I don't have an experience with this I am not able to do the conversion.
I am wondering if there are some tutorials for this or if anyone can guide me to perform the conversion.
