I am helping to local cities begin using ArcGIS Pro to streamline creating a zoning change map for a property that an owner has requested the zoning to be changed. Generally we would create a letter size map layout to show the subject property and a 200 foot buffer around that parcel.
What would be the best way to create this buffer and map in Arc Pro either manually or model builder?
Also can the buffer be saved in a different geo-database than where the parcels & zoning currently resides?
