I seem to be having some difficulty with Send Emails from the ServiceSupport.pyt. I've attached a screenshot featuring my email settings for sending an email notice to the submitter of a report. I've exported and downloaded a copy of the Citizen Problems hosted feature layer and the Email Status field is still showing Null instead of Sent for any and all submissions. I've deleted my JSON and re-ran the geoprocessing, thereby recreating the JSON, but nothing has changed and everything occupies the same folder.
I started with an email to a submitter but would like to expand to internal email notifications as well.
Can someone please offer some assistance?
