Change symbology image size for "Lego" style file

I am absolutely in love with this famous Lego style from John Nelson, but I'm wondering if it's possible to change the size of the Lego pieces so that you can get more detail of the areas they're depicting? For example, the United States (different colors showing different regions in this example)
