As we are celebrating ArcGIS Pro turning 10 this year (!!!!!  I know right?)  I was hoping to get some insight into some of the design decisions.

Why are some aspects of the UI made to have such low contrast:

Would having just a bit more contrast between highlighted, selected & being edited hurt a puppy?
I think I raised this the week after launch and it is still not very good?  I'd hate to use this when unfortunate enough to have bad eyesight.

Add some of your  design choice questions below and we may get some valid ideas out of it.

@KoryKramer  Addressing some of these things in a blog or on the Esri Youtube will be something I will read/watch religiously.

Any sneak peaks at UI design changes for ArcGIS Next?  You must be thinking of it after 10 years?

Have you thought of open-sourcing some of the UI aspects so the smart guys with time on their hands can write wrappers or remixes using the runtime?  I'm just thinking about a comment in another thread that many parts of Pro / Runtime can run in Linux with ArcGIS Enterprise. There must be some value to allow users to 'build their own'? You can even monetise a marketplace for this....  #VCLove..
