Hello, I have purchased ArcGIS for personal use license and i have most terrible experience with the product - let me ask some questions.
For a start - can i even use ArcGIS Pro with ArcGIS for personal use license subscription? This is not clear anywhere - i bought the package anyway 😕

i have created single use license file and used it in the ArcGIS Administrator - it says everything is added, but i cant run ANY of the software - ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Map or anything else - it says it is not licensed.
Watched idk how many videos already - they are outdated and not working.
I cant reach any help - to reach support i was asked to assign "caller", i have assigned it and then the page always says error, try again - 100 times.
I cant refund even i was not abe to use the software for even a second.
I feel lost without being able to reach online support of any form.
There was 100$ down the drain.
Pls someone help by pointing me who and where to ask for help without phone call.

With ArcGIS for Personal Use subscription, you receive a Named User license. That means your ArcGIS Pro is licensed using the same named user that you use to login to your ArcGIS Online organizational account (also included with your subscription).

Just ensure you have activated your ArcGIS Online organizational account (www.arcgis.com). When you login to ArcGIS Online > Organization > Members, you should see your named user with User Type as GIS Professional Advanced (includes ArcGIS Pro license).

Use the same user for authenticating your ArcGIS Pro license. If not prompted to login to ArcGIS Online while starting ArcGIS Pro, you may navigate to Settings > Licensing > Configure your Licensing Options.

Choose Named User License > OK. Login with your ArcGIS Online named user. Then you should be good to go.

It says i am Creator type.
When logged to esri:
This is my license.

When in Licensing i got only Single use license type as option.

And this is where it says my type is Creator

Creator is fine. Press the 3 dots on the side and choose Manage add-on licenses. You need to give yourself the Pro license. Then when you start Pro you just need to put in your named user and password.

Ahh I see.

The single-use license is for authorizing your ArcMap license.

With a Creator User Type, ArcGIS Pro license is available as an add-on license in ArcGIS Online.

As mentioned by @mody_buchbinder , the ArcGIS Pro license can be found (in ArcGIS Online) under Organization > Licenses > Add-on License. Assign the ArcGIS Pro license (and required extensions) to your username. Then, login through ArcGIS Pro, using your ArcGIS Online user credentials.

in your first image, did you go to "downloads" and see if you can download and install the software?
