I am consuming a public dynamic service published by a local municipality. When I add it to a web map I have full access to viewing attributes, changing symbology, labels, and configuring popups. When I add it to ArcGIS Pro I can do none of the above, which makes it very difficult to do analysis or interact with it in a meaningful way. What causes this? Can I change it?
