Can't register for ArcGisP Pro Free Trial

Hi there, basically both me and my colleague tried to register for a 21 day free trial for ArcGis Pro to test if it's functionality will suit our Unity Development processes.

Both me and him got the same error after filling out the form:
""Thank You, [Name Of person]! There was an error signing up for your trial. An unexpected error occured when attempting to sign up for your trial. Please try again, if you continue to experience issues please contact our customer service team for assistance."

Tried calling my local Esri Office (Bulgaria) and wrote them an email but as of yet no reply.
Also called the UK office where they atleast picked up but couldn't help (had no clue what the issue could be).

Was thinking the issue could be the type of account I have or the wrong organisation et.c.

Any help is greatly appreciated as it's really frustrating to not have feedback what could be wrong.

The error definitely is not very helpful it seems, in this case, I would more than likely continue attempting to reach out to customer service, I'm sure an Esri member on here may have a better phone number or link, but it seems that there may have been some type of region licensing or similar error if I were to guess. If possible, I would have the person on the phone verify that your trial link is correct and see if they're able to tell you that your account is active/inactive!

Thanks for your reply! I persisted - tried calling again and I was able to reach the local office in Bulgaria over the phone and email and am awaiting a further call from them to try and resolve this.
If we manage to resolve the issue I will close the thread and try to describe what the issue was for future reference.

@ValeriAndreev - granted the link here is a US centric Support Services site but you can use the Chat functionality to chat with an analyst to address the licensing issue. There also is phone number here too - +1-888-377-4575 Extension 2. Hopefully your Bulgarian contact will reach out to you as well.
