Hello,

I am using ArcGIS Pro version 2.8.29751. I am trying to print or export a map to a pdf, but only half the map makes it to the pdf. The file was originally created in ArcMap and has since been worked on in ArcGIS Pro. The cutoff includes two layers. I have tried 'Print Layout' and 'Export Layout' and played with the settings on both, everything I have tried has the same result. The cut-off portion includes two layers. The map is not hanging off the layout page. I was having a problem where half the map will disappear while I am working on it and I have to toggle the layers to get it reappear, but everything is visible while I am exporting or printing.

Thank You

Hi @Laura1

It looks like the export/print is having trouble with projections that have a customized central meridian. I'm assuming this since you mentioned the project was originally created in ArcMap.

I'm currently unaware of any issues similar to what you describe. I was able to export a similar map successfully. The issue you are seeing could be data-specific, or specific to the projection settings of the map.

Can you contact Esri Support? They are better equipped to handle troubleshooting steps and gather bug data. They can be contacted at https://support.esri.com/en/contact-tech-support.

Thanks for the feedback!

Tom

Okay, thank you. I have GIS through my university and we don't have access to Esri Support, so that isn't an option.
