can not get the edit vertices tool to work.

All,

I can not get the edit vertices tool to work. It was working fine yesterday and now it not. This is hindering ability to preform edits. I have read the other thread on the mater but are still unable to solve the problem. I need a solution or work around because edits are a major part of my job.

Here are the steps I have took to troubleshot the problem

make sure only 1 line is selected.

exiting and reentering the pro

updating from 3.3 to 3.3.1

switching to a different version of the database

deleting and recreating the version I was in

splitting the line so it would not have as may vertices ( it a curved line and we don't use Bezier cruves)

checking the rotation of the map and making sure it is set to 0

The issue priest. I need the abilty to edit lines do my job

the solution that worked for me is to remove the layer and reload it.

Note I also tried restarting the computer to apply some updates that did not work.

So I had a similar problem with Edit Vertices. Could not get it to work in 3.3.1. Solution was to copy the Feature Class to a new file geodatabase.

Also to note I can edit vertices on other feature classes but i not working for 1 of them.

It is working fine for my coworkers.
